Legacy Circle Members will select the top three nominees in each category from this preliminary ballot. From those final nominees all Premium REH Foundation members will vote for the winners.

Howard and his friends, colleagues, and fellow-writers. Derie’s perspicacity and keenness of analysis are apparent on every page of his work. His thorough familiarity, not only with Robert E.
